Asymmetric Histogram , measuring the std deviation/variance

Considering the positively skewed histogram.

  1. How to interpret the result we get from, histogram -> GetRMS()
  2. Would it be a correct way to calculate std deviation for skewed histogram? If not, how to calculate the std deviation for skewed histograms?
