Is arbitrary precision math available in ROOT? If yes where do I find it? If no what do you think of implementing it? What would be your choice of an existing library?

we don’t have in ROOT an arbitrary precision Math library and we are not planning for the moment to add one.
A popular open source library is GMP, see mpfr.org/
MPFR is also installed at CERN in /afs as part of the LCG distribution
( /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/external/mpfr/ )
