Accessing file using 'rfio://' TTree read as empty

I am submitting jobs at the Uni. Geneva cluster running over some files which using the ‘rfio’ libraries.

When I run on the command line things work correctly and the file is accessed properly. Then, if I submit a job to the cluster I get this warning:

Opened rfio:/.../NTUP_TOPMU.602183._000054.root.1 Warning: no entries found in TTree "physics"

After this, I also get this warning when I again run at the command line. It even seems logout/login doesn’t fix the problem. Very strange. I’m just looking for insight and I doubt this is an issue with ROOT, but instead a problem with the local cluster.

I thought someone might be able to shed some light on what this error could mean. Any insight might be helpful.

Thank you,
Taylor
