How to convert urqmd generated test.f14 file to a .root file ?

For better or worse, we are not familiar with urqmd. Maybe the authors of urqmd may have some hints on how to proceed. In the meantime you may (already have) Get Started page including the ROOT Primer to give you a better idea of what that might entail.
