In the documentation of the main constructor, section “TreeIndex and Friend Trees”, CASE 3, I guess that “T->GetEntry(major,minor)” should be replaced with “T->GetEntryWithIndex(major,minor)”, true ?

I also assume that for CASE 3, there is also a call to “TF->GetEntryWithIndex(major,minor)”, true ? Would be useful to say it more explicitly.
