64-bit Windows/Visual C++ 9.0

Hi everyone,

I’m interested in a 64-bit version of the ROOT-library to be used on Windows XP in combination with Visual C++ 9.0. I could see, that it can’t be downloaded as a binary. Is it just a build issue, or has the source code not yet been ported on 64-bit Windows?

Unfortunately, ROOT has not been ported on Windows 64 yet. But if you want to contribute, feel free to try it! :slight_smile:
