We would like to invite you to our 1st ROOT Hackathon event which will take place at CERN, at the Idea Square: the Innovation Space of the Lab, on the 13th and 14th of February!

The goal of the Fixathon is to solve or to provide a resolution strategy for the largest possible number of issues in the trackers of the ROOT project. The ROOT Team as a whole will be driving this effort: we believe that this will bring more sustainability to the project and increase the development and innovation capacity for the benefit of our community. In line with our core values of inclusiveness, and since we are an open source project, the event is open to all ROOT users and enthusiasts, irrespective of their level of experience.
Home cooked lunches and coffee will be available and a social dinner will be organised near CERN.
