I am sorry to ask, but is there any hope to have ported libNew to root 6 soon? As from earlier post- TMapFile crashes with ROOT Version 6.06.08 - only after this, we can have TMapFile back. And it is very nice, allows to interact with control thread from the shell. Thank you.

This problem is finally resolved in the master and the v6.08 patch branch (so in v6.10/00 and v6.08/06.
