Sorry, I do not understand. It seems to me that we are doing exactly the same thing?

I’m a ROOT C++ developer. I don’t use Jupyter notebooks, except to make sure it works on Windows. And to do so, I start the notebook with root --notebook, then a Web browser opens and I edit and run the C++ or Python code from there.

I now got the notebook to work, however importing still does not work. I will change to using WSL, because everything is likely easier that way.
