TParticlePDG and TDatabasePDG

I noticed a few things about the PDG particle and database classes.

  • There doesn’t appear to be anyway to set the spin, eg, TParticle::SetSpin(Double_t)…
  • TDatabasePDG::ReadPDGTable does not set the spin among other things. (flavor,isospin,I3)
