Issues between MakeClass and my trees

Hi, I am using ROOT 6.02/10. I have two problems when I try creating a class with MakeClass from this ROOT file,

piedra.web.cern.ch/piedra/test.root

When I call MakeClass I get the following,

root -l test.root
latino->MakeClass(“TestClass”)
Error in TTreePlayer::MakeClass: The branch named fCoordinates.fX (full path name: v_jet2.fCoordinates.fX) is hidden by another branch of the same name and its data will not be loaded.
Error in TTreePlayer::MakeClass: The branch named fCoordinates.fY (full path name: v_jet2.fCoordinates.fY) is hidden by another branch of the same name and its data will not be loaded.
Error in TTreePlayer::MakeClass: The branch named fCoordinates.fZ (full path name: v_jet2.fCoordinates.fZ) is hidden by another branch of the same name and its data will not be loaded.

But even with those error messages the class is created. Unfortunately (as expected) it won’t compile when I do

root -l TestClass.C+

To be able to compile it I have done two things:

1. Remove the offending lines, which means I cannot use those variables.
2. Add this line,

using namespace std;

The TestClass.h after those two naive patches is attached,

Any help fixing these two issues would be very much appreciated.
