No, only one instance of TApplication and one call of TApplication::Run() is sufficient… You can take look at the examples provided in $ROOTSYS/test
Edit (again): Sorry, I misread your last post. The TApplication should be the first object created. Again, take a look at the many examples in test and tutorials.
