ROOT Installs with Python 3.8.2 ROOT

Try export PYTHONPATH=$(root-config --libdir), and please make sure to use the Python interpreter from Homebrew (i.e. likely from /usr/local/bin and linked somewhere into /usr/local/Cellar).
