Any news about the possibility of fitting Mixed-Effect (*) models with ROOT?

(*) Also called Random-Effects , repeated measures or Hierarchical. Such as the models that lme4 or nlme can solve?

Hi,

We don’t have this in ROOT. You might try to use in case some R tools via the ROOT-R interface.
For curiosity, what is your use-case you want to apply this model ?

Yes, I’m using now R, but R only works well with small datasets, that’s why I thought of ROOT.

I’m studying statstics and I have a dataset of 2 million people with biomedical information.
